Description: How many times have you used a product or service that was more hassle than it was worth? Too often, not enough effort is put into understanding the experience from the perspective of the customer or client, otherwise known as the “end user."
Designed as a crash course, this workshop will teach you how to understand how well a product or service works from the end user's perspective, a process known as User Research. Learn strategies that you, as an entrepreneur, product developer or service provider, can incorporate from the earliest phases of development, to help you understand if your product does what it's supposed to do.
Whether your product is digital or physical, whether you are a first-time entrepreneur or it's time to bring an existing solution back to the drawing board, this workshop will introduce you to effective tools for improving the experience of your end user. Join us and hone your Innovator's Mindset!
