Gizmo Family & Corporate Membership Sign-Up

Use this form to start or renew group memberships at Gizmo-CdA. (For Individual memberships, click here.) You may choose from either a monthly plan or a discounted annual plan. All memberships are auto-renewing unless cancelled by the member.

Family Memberships provide 40 hours of tool time per month, shared between 2-4 family members. The Primary Member (person responsible for billing) must be at least 18 years of age. Family members aged 16 and older may use makerspace tools independently, provided they recieve appropriate training/certification from a staff or approved volunteer. Children under the age of 16 may be included on the membership, however, they must be be accompanied by an adult at all times while using tools, and a staff member must be present the first time the child uses the tool. (Certain restrictions may apply depending on the child's size and maturity level.)

Corporate Memberships provide unlimited tool time for up to 3 employees of a business, organization or cooperative. Need more than 3 people on the membership? We encourage you to contact us to discuss your organization's unique needs.
