\n \nDescription: Campers step into a creative workshop where imagin ation turns into invention. This hands-on camp is all about exploring tools\, testing ideas\, and le arning how designers\, engineers\, and inventors b ring concepts to life.
\n \nCampers will:\n \n
Design and 3D print the ir own creations
\nUse th e laser cutter to make custom parts and projects\n
Explore coding and robot ics challenges
\nBuild in the woodshop using real tools (with guidance and safety first!)
\nPractice engineering design and rapid prototyping
\n < /li>\nCreate custom stickers and grap hics to brand their inventions
\nTest\, improve\, and redesign their builds
\nThrough guided chall enges and open-ended projects\, campers move from idea → sketch → prototype → test → improve. They’l l learn how to think like problem-solvers\, collab orate like engineers\, and experiment like invento rs.
\n \nThis is a camp for curious minds w ho want to try everything — from digital fabricati on to hands-on building. Every day brings new tool s\, new skills\, and new possibilities.

\n \nCost: $ 275 (includes materials)
\n \nScholarshi p Information: Gizmo reserves half of all camp spots for scholarship recipients. Scholarships ar e based on financial need and awarded on a first-c ome\, first-served basis. Gizmo uses a sliding sca le system for scholarships: you decide what your f amily can reasonably contribute toward your child' s camp experience\, and Gizmo covers the differenc e. Families may apply for one scholarship per< /em> child\, per summer\, for the camp(s) of their choosing. To apply for a scholarship\, p lease complete the Summer 2026 Scholarship Applica tion form\, which is accessible by cl icking here. Upon approval of your application \, you will be provided with instructions on how t o register your child for camp. Please do not atte mpt to register prior to receiving a confirmation from Gizmo.
\n \nCancellation Policy: If your child is no longer able to attend camp\, you may cancel your registration up to 10 days prior to the start of camp for a 90% refund. (Gizmo retains 10% to cover our administrative/tra nsaction costs.) Refunds will generally not be iss ued for cancellations within 10 days of camp\, nor missed camp days.
\n \nCamp Policies & Procedures: Prior to completing camp registrat ion\, families should be familiar with the policie s outlined in the Y outh Programs: Information for Families and th e Gizmo Student Code of Conduct.. I n addition\, each camper is required to have a wai ver signed by a parent/guardian prior to participa ting in camp activities. You can access the youth waiver here.
