vity shine in Sewing & Fabric Arts: Level 1—a fun\
, hands-on 4-week class for ages 8 and up! Whether
you’ve never sewn before or have tried a few stit
ches at home\, this class is the perfect place to
start.

\n Students will learn the fu
ndamentals of hand sewing\, safely use a sewing ma
chine\, explore how to read and cut simple pattern
s\, and get comfortable with essential sewing tool
s like pins\, scissors\, and measuring tapes. Alon
g the way\, you’ll practice real techniques while
creating fabric projects you’ll be proud to show o
ff.

\n Best of all\, students can ea
rn sewing badges as they master new skills—celebra
ting progress\, patience\, and creativity with eve
ry stitch. By the end of the class\, you’ll have t
he confidence (and skills!) to keep sewing and des
igning on your own.
Note: Stud ents can continue with new projects as Le vel 1 students who have taken a prior Level 1 clas s! This will prepare them for the Level 2 class wh en ready.
