Join us outdoors this summer for craft ing and community under the sunset! Each session w e will have a new craft activity to enjoy. There w ill also be an opportunity to tour Gizmo if you ar e not familiar with the space. All ages are welcom e\, children must have an adult present.

Thursday June 11t h: Summer Bucket List Collages
\n What ar e your plans this summer? We're kicking off this s eries by making visions boards and bucket lists fo r the summer. All the materials needed to make an awesome collage\, including colorful paper\, magaz ines\, stickers\, markers\, and paint will be incl uded! Here's some ideas to get started dreaming:\n

Thursday June 25th: Sun Pr inting
\n Just a few days after the summe r solstice\, we are celebrating the long days with Sun Printing! This art method uses cyanotype dye to capture the shadow left behind by an object blo cking the sun. Materials included: cyanotype dye\, paper and simple fabric squares to print on\, and stencils and dried plants to block out the sun. O ptional: We encourage you to go for a nature walk before the event to collect your own unique plants to use for printing! You are also welcome to brin g your own materials to print on\, such as clothin g or bags\, but it must be a natural fiber such as cotton and a light color.
