Intermediate Pottery offers experi enced students an opportunity to refresh skills le arned in Pottery Fundamentals or other introductor y class. Students will explore new techniques for throwing\, trimming\, decorating and glazing.
\n \n
When entering Intermediate Pottery\, stud ents should be able to confidently center up to tw o pounds of clay and repeatedly throw a one-pound cylinder.
\n \n
Class cost includes clay us ed to produce pieces in class and a one-month clay membership to use the studio between classes to c ontinue practicing your skills.
\n \n
Prerequisites: Confidently center up t o 2 pounds of clay\, and repeatedly throw a 1 poun d cylinder.
