Description< /b>: Learn to rebind paperback books into hardcove r! Whether you're new to bookbinding or looking to build your skills\, you'll learn the techniques a nd craftsmanship behind transforming a well-loved book into a beautifully rebound work of art.

In this class you'll gain hands-on experien ce with the tools\, materials\, and processes used in bookbinding. You'll learn how to measure your book and calculate the size of the cover\, then us e the laser to cut the cover pieces.
\n You' ll carefully remove the original cover\, and const ruct\, cover\, and finish a custom hardcover. You will learn Cricut Design Space software to design your own new cover\, then cut it out and apply it. All of the color choices from the endpapers and h eadband to the cover are in your hands.
\n T his class is designed to build the skills and conf idence to complete every stage of the bookbinding process on your own.

Participants mus t bring a paperback novel with a spine thickness b etween 1 and 2.5 inches to bind. All other materia ls and supplies are included.
