  will give students the skills necessary to produc
 e 3D goods from leather using various common stitc
 hing techniques. In this class students will get t
 o learn how to efficiently engrave large surface a
 reas of leather using geometric patterns such as t
 he basket weave. Students will then learn how to p
 unch holes and prepare the leather for stitching a
 nd then how to bevel and burnish the edges of leat
 her before dying and sealing for a more finished l
 ook. Finally the students will assemble their proj
 ects using the three most common stitches: saddle 
 stitch\, butt stitch\, and box stitch. With these 
 skills\, students will have the ability to produce
  even the largest of leather projects.</p>\n \n <p
