Session Dates (5):
Monday - Friday
July 27th - 31st
Time: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Description: Roll for creativity in this epic week of design, fabrication, and imagination inspired by the world of Dungeons & Dragons! Campers will become heroes of their own making as they blend storytelling with real-world STEM tools to build a fully playable, custom adventure experience.
Throughout the week, students will:
--> Design & 3D Print Their Character – Learn beginner-friendly 3D modeling skills as they create a unique hero miniature, then bring it to life on our 3D printers.
--> Engineer Custom Dice – Laser cut or 3D print a personalized die set while exploring geometry, measurement, and design precision.
--> Build the Game Board – Design and fabricate a custom quest board using laser cutters and digital design software.
--> Collaborate as a team to develop characters, problem-solve challenges, and embark on a live tabletop quest.
Along the way, campers will earn Tool & Skill Badges for 3D printing, laser cutting, design thinking, collaboration, and creative storytelling—plus special “Character Traits” badges for teamwork, leadership, and ingenuity
This camp is perfect for imaginative makers who love fantasy, storytelling, and hands-on building. No prior D&D or fabrication experience required—just bring your sense of adventure!
By the end of the week, students won’t just play the game—they’ll have engineered it.
Age: 11+

Scholarship Information: Gizmo reserves half of all camp spots for scholarship recipients. Scholarships are based on financial need and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Gizmo uses a sliding scale system for scholarships: you decide what your family can reasonably contribute toward your child's camp experience, and Gizmo covers the difference. Families may apply for one scholarship per child, per summer, for the camp(s) of their choosing. To apply for a scholarship, please complete the Summer 2026 Scholarship Application form, which is accessible by clicking here. Upon approval of your application, you will be provided with instructions on how to register your child for camp. Please do not attempt to register prior to receiving a confirmation from Gizmo.
Cancellation Policy: If your child is no longer able to attend camp, you may cancel your registration up to 10 days prior to the start of camp for a 90% refund. (Gizmo retains 10% to cover our administrative/transaction costs.) Refunds will generally not be issued for cancellations within 10 days of camp, nor missed camp days.
Camp Policies & Procedures: Prior to completing camp registration, families should be familiar with the policies outlined in the Youth Programs: Information for Families and the Gizmo Student Code of Conduct.. In addition, each camper is required to have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian prior to participating in camp activities. You can access the youth waiver here.
