Description: Welcome to Gizmo's Maker Mondays—where curiosity sparks creativity! In this hands-on workshop series, you’ll open up old electronics to see what’s inside, explore how motherboards, microcontrollers, and circuits really work, and then start designing your own device using Micro:bit and Circuit Playground boards. Learn to code at your own pace, starting with block coding and earning badges as you go! Level up to JavaScript and C++ for Arduino as your skills grow. Whether you’re lighting LEDs, making sensors react, or bringing wild ideas to life, Maker Mondays are all about discovery, invention, and FUN!
Note: This class recurrs every month with new challenges and skills to learn each session! There is something fun for both new and returning students to experience--from coding to robotics, and new take-aparts each month!
